The company has been trading for over 50 years specialising in the supply of standards and reference materials to analytical scientists throughout the world. The UK office manages the European business through a range of country distributors but are now looking to employ their first field based UK Salesperson.
Reporting to the European Manager you will take responsibility for growing the business through a proactive approach to:
• key account sales in your own right
• supporting and motivating existing distributors
• identifying and developing new distributors and OEM customers
• developing instrument sales to key accounts in biotech and industrial markets
You will be a seasoned lab salesperson looking for a new challenge and happy to work unsupervised and use your own ability to develop sales. Although the sales focus will be on Southern UK, you should be based within easy reach of London and the Home Counties and will be expected to travel across the UK as required.
A basic salary around £30K is on offer plus a good commission scheme and other benefits.
