Responsible for the creation and implementation of the UK business plan, you will ensure growth via effective leadership and proactive management of 6 talented Sales and Applications Specialists. Contribute to the marketing plan (pricing, positioning, market analysis, voice of customer), deploy programs to drive the business forward, manage KOL and reference sites, coordinate product launches, and maintain an emphasis on customer focus to build lasting business partnerships.

Leading from the front you have an excellent and demonstrable track record of managing medical imaging/equipment sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets success. Ideally with a background in medical imaging systems, you must have experience of healthcare capital equipment sales. As a clear and confident communicator you are have influential interpersonal skills and a strong commercial awareness. The ability to competently plan and organise in order to achieve short and long term objectives is also key.

Happy to cover the UK (and possibly Ireland), you’re ideally based within a commutable distance of the South East. The usual benefits associated with working for a world leader are included, alongside a commensurate commission plan.
