This customer focused company develops innovative technologies and assays for use in the field of genetic research.
You will work alongside your colleagues in sales & marketing providing the highest levels of expert technical advice to support customers involved with genetic research, both pre- and post- sales. A significant part of the role will be involvement with Gene Expression, Genotyping and Sequencing, you will provide technical advice and troubleshooting assistance focusing on the company’s platforms.
Probably PhD qualified with relevant lab experience in molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics or related field, extensive practical sequencing experience would be a distinct advantage. You are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service. This is an exciting time to join this company that just keeps pushing the envelop in the field of genomics and proteomics.
