  This globally renowned company prides itself on supplying cutting edge products and delivering exceptional levels of service to its customers in the scientific community.
  
  Acting as the Technical Specialist you will primarily be based from their office in Dorset although frequent on-site customer visits will be required across the UK.
  
  Main responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of exceptional technical support for the company’s product ranges.
  • Developing training material, FAQ’s, bulletins and product data sheets
  • Maintainenance of technical product information and delivery of  technical training.
  • Managing complaints and queries as well as acting as troubleshooter /problem solver.

  Of degree caliber in life sciences, preferably with specialist knowledge of cell signaling and neuroscience, you'll need practical knowledge of immunohistochemical staining and any western blotting skills will be a distinct advantage.  If you have experience of working in either a protein lab, pharmacology or physiology laboratory then please do apply.
