Based from their office in Dorset you will make frequent on-site customer visits across the UK providing technical support, training and advice on a range of the company's products. You'll develop training materials, write data sheets and keep product info as technically up to date as possible. Also acting as trouble shooter and problem solver you will be the company's expert for this interesting product range.
Of degree caliber in a relevant life science, you need good knowledge of cell signalling and neuroscience and practical knowledge of immunohistochemical staining and western blotting will be a distinct advantage. This experience probably comes from working in either a protein lab, pharmacology or physiology laboratory.
