This is a strongly customer focused company developing innovative technologies and assays for use in genetic research.
Working alongside colleagues in sales & marketing you will provide expert technical advice to support customers involved with forefront research, both pre- and post- sales. A significant part of your role will involve you with products for Gene Expression, Genotyping and Sequencing, and you will provide applications support and troubleshooting assistance on the company’s innovative platforms.
Most likely PhD qualified you have relevant lab experience in molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics or similar, and extensive practical sequencing experience will be a distinct advantage. You are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service.
