Based at the company's HQ in West Sussex you will be responsible for fielding technical questions, troubleshooting and expert technical advice to support customers involved with life science research. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as will be dealing with UK and Nordic customers.
Probably PhD qualified you will have a strong background in molecular biology gain through working in a laboratory environment and previous customer support experience would be a distinct advantage. Fluent in both English and a Nordic language, you can build rapport with your customers and offer them a "better than the rest" service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is growing from strength to strength.
