A vital role and part of the Operations Management team, your chance to make a direct and significant contribution to the success of this company’s UK profitability and success. Primarily responsible for demand, procurement and inventory management of Medical Devices for supply to UK and Irish markets.

You’ll play an integral part in selecting and implementing a new MRP/ERP system employing performance measures to support business improvement. Already well versed in managing very high volume SKUs you'll manage a large team (~20) of inventory and other specialists who manage a wide portfolio of Medical Devices to maximise control over supply and demand.

You come from an Operations background and have experience of forecasting, long-term planning and Sales and Operations planning; sales management could also be useful. Customer focused and with a clear financial view. You’re a STRONG people manager with outstanding communications and influencing skills able to implement new ways of working and increasing skills and overall team performance.
