Over the last half century, this global company's product portfolio has increased to encompass high-growth technologies used in hospitals, universities, major research institutions, and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

This role involves installation, training (after developing skills and experience), service and Repair of company products at customer premises. The main focus of this role is to provide first class customer service. This can include customers throughout Europe.

You will make good use of your time management skills, strong ability to communicate and up-to-date software and hardware knowledge including but not exclusive to PC based systems and Microsoft Office. Ideally with a formal technical qualification you need at least 3 years experience in a customer facing role.
