One of the biggest in healthcare, this is a global multi-technology company and a household name.
A rare opportunity is now available for a customer focussed Regional Service Manager to lead a team of engineers providing customer support for the North UK and Scotland.
Your main focus is to manage customer satisfaction, in liaison with various internal departments to ensure successful integration of service and ensure service contracts are controlled profitably, responsible for day-to-day management of engineers their annual appraisals and training.
You should already have experience from a similar role, preferably within healthcare and can prove you are strong communicator with solid man-management skills. You are a natural Diplomat with ability to deal with problems and escalations, resolving them in a timely manner for customers and the company. Ideally you will have previously worked in a field service environment.
