This company provides after sales servicing and support for a wide range of laboratory and medical equipment, clinical, research and analytical. The services you will provide can cover anything from installation to contracted routine maintenance, emergency repair and equipment refurbishment.

Centrally placed to cover the South East with emphasis on the Greater London area you should already have Field Service experience, ideally with previous (or current) experience with sophisticated laboratory instruments, analytical systems or medical devices. You have strong PC skills, especially in MS-Office and a sound knowledge of electronics, probably educated to HNC or higher. Strongly customer focused you have excellent interpersonal skills, and a flexible, "happy to help" attitUde.

Flexibility is key in this role as there are times when activity is minimal, great for those who enjoy a day or two to themselves now and then! There will also be occasional overseas travel to support international partners and to receive training.
