A rare opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre sales person to develop their management skills but still retain key accounts. The management element to this role will see you assist in coaching and mentoring 4 team members. You will help to implement territory plans, providing direction and assistance gained through your experience and knowledge.
The sales element will be to develop, manage and grow the sales of the company’s life science products into key academic and biomedical research accounts within London. You will identify and exploit commercial opportunities and at the same time deliver exceptional levels of service. Achieving this will demand outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills allied with a track record of commercial results within the life science market.
Probably with a degree or equivalent in life sciences you will have solid, proven field sales experience. Prior experience of leading or managing a team is not necessary as this role is designed to provide a first taste and opportunity for the successful candidate to develop these skills.
