Senior Consultant – Drug Delivery Devices
This is a technically driven role leading in design and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in the field of drug delivery products and devices. Using your strong technical expertise and current knowledge of drug delivery you’ll work alongside Business Developers to build strong commercial bonds with current and future clients by understanding their needs, writing proposals to define the work programmes, holding technical workshops and presenting data at client meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
A proven Project Manager with ability to work simultaneously on multiples programmes, you relish the opportunity for involvement with innovation but aware of commercial, regulatory and time constraints of this kind of work.
Absolute MUSTS for this role are:
• a very high level of practical experience in an engineering design environment along with proven technical skills.
• knowledge of the drug delivery area with experience at a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
• self-motivated team player, enthusiastic about the drug delivery area.
• significant project management or project leadership experience.
• excellent understanding of medical device development processes compliant with ISO 13485 and QSR.
Hands-on experience of manufacturing and assembly processes from one off designs to high volume manufacture will be an advantage!
