This is a fantastic opportunity with a fast growing life-science company specialising in molecular immunology products for a broad range of customers in academia, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

The role needs a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to provide expert technical support primarily to North American USA & Canada) customers and key responsibilities include:

Rapid and expert front-line response to customer enquiries
Preparation of complex cellular analysis and epitope discovery service proposals
Providing product and service updates to customers
Customer follow-up calls
Collection of customer feedback and analysis
Working closely with the sales teams in the USA, mainly communicating via email and telephone to provide a superior service.

Preferably PhD qualified in Biochemistry or Immunology you have considerable "hands-on" lab skills, idealy including cellular analysis techniques such as Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISpot analysis. Prior experience in a customer service role (not necessarily science) would be an advantage but is not essential. Importantly you are an excellent verbal and written communicator, a self-starter able to manage time effectively and have a natural enthusiasm for customer relations.
