The company is a global leader in precision instruments for laboratory and industrial applications and market leader in many of it's sectors and with sales approaching $2billion.
They are now looking for a Product Specialist covering the North East/Central East area (M1/A1 corridor) on their Laboratory Division to take responsibility for the Titration, Density, Refractometry plus software products within the Laboratory instrument portfolio.
You will actively develop new and existing accounts using database, prospecting activity and working with other sales team members. You should be technically minded to develop customer applications and be able to demonstrate, install and provide field based support to customers for the full product range.
The ideal candidate will have a science degree in Chemistry or closely related subject and should have experience in sales of laboratory capital products to key markets in chemical, pharmaceutical and food areas. You will be a self starter with personal qualities to work well within a team environment, be fully conversant with Microsoft office and possess excellent communication skills.
A good base salary in the low £30's plus an uncapped commission is on offer plus other company benefits.
