This is a very customer focused role driving business into the major pharmaceutical companies across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Demark and Sweden. You’ll work with the applications specialist and senior management to develop tactical plans for growth. Acting as Sales Lead for large projects, you will negotiate with senior researchers and purchasing management at the highest level. In addition you will provide field technical support for the company's’ cell discovery product line.
Probably PhD qualified with a background in cell culture or molecular biology coupled with a record of sales success at the highest level, you are a proven and skilled Account Manager. Whilst your main focus of activity is in the UK, you’ll need to be flexible to travel outside of the UK 30% of your time. This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional to utilise their skills in a globally renowned company.
