This company supplies a broad and diverse range of products and solutions covering laboratory and process / manufacturing needs, often industry specific. This is an unusual opportunity within the world leading Inspection Products division.
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop your team of sales people to achieve quality sales. Responsible for developing business plans and setting your team’s targets, you will also personally manage some Key Accounts. Your keen understanding of the market and your competitors will provide valuable information for the marketing team and help you manage product pricing and margin control.
Preferably with already proven man-management experience in a similar industry, your credibility will be enhanced if you have relevant sales experience in inspection, weighing or packaging markets ideally into food and pharmaceutical industries.
Above all you are a natural leader, with innate enthusiasm and eager for personal land your team’s success. This is a nationwide role, but for best access you will live centrally, prepared to travel widely and spend time away from your home base.
