An opportunity to join a globally respected healthcare company.

As the UK Sales Manager you will be responsible for delivery of sales which have been endorsed by dental professionals. As the owner of this successful sales channel you will lead the field sales team (of 4), distributors, and internal & external customer service professionals (approx 20), to educate Dental Practitioners on product features/benefits/clinical advantages so that they recommend the well-known electronic toothbrush brand to patients, thereby increasing consumer sales growth.

As a proven sales manager within the oral healthcare market (possibly consumer healthcare or similar pharma role), you have experience of developing and implementing successful growth strategies across teams, ideally within both sales and marketing roles. The ability to lead, motivate, monitor and develop sales teams to keep pushing the business forward is vital. And with polished communication skills you’ll work well alongside marketing teams in this large organisation.

Based within a commutable distance of the South East head office, you will be willing and able to cover the UK as required. In return for your efforts, you will be well rewarded and have the opportunity to grow and develop with a company known for nurturing its stars.
