One of the biggest in healthcare, this is a global multi-technology company and a household name.
A rare opportunity has come available for a customer focussed regional service manager to lead a team of engineers providing customer support for the Southern UK.
The main focus of this role is to manage customer satisfaction, liaise with various internal departments to ensure successful integration of service and ensure service contracts are controlled to profitability.
You will handle day to day management of engineers as well as completing annual appraisals and ensure engineers have up to date relevant training.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare market. You should be a strong communicator with solid man management skills and have proven ability to deal with problems and escalations, resolving them in a timely manner for customers and the Company. Ideally you will have worked in a field service environment previously.
