This is a privately owned international company which has long been at the forefront of advanced and traditional wound management covering all stages of the wound healing process. Following significant new investment, the company is embarking on a programme of expansion requiring 2 NEW Regional Sales Managers to the sales team to achieve all company objectives.

Your principle responsibilities will be to guide, motivate and develop your team to achieve their best and to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. You’ll be personally responsible for Key Accounts in the region and tight control of all tender and contract negotiations.
Already with some man-management experience, ideally ar a Regional level, your style is motivational, leading by example and driven by your team’s success. You are positive and ambitious, flexible and able to travel across your region as required to give full support to your team and their customers. Recent experience in the wound management market is important.
