Crucial office based service support role with a world leading manufacturer and innovator in the separations and pure water equipment.
Essentially an active problem solving role, you will be on the phone most of the time dealing with urgent customer issues and providing effective solutions. When no immediate resolution to your customers' problem is possible then you'll organise a field based engineer to visit promptly with the correct information and materials to restore equipment to working order!
More generally you will manage the more routine equipment service workload including preventative maintenance contracts as well as repair and maintenance work. A pivotal point of contact between customers and engineers, ensuring a smooth operation utilising the most effective communication tools and keeping up to date with new products.
This is cracking opportunity for a qualified scientist probably with some tech support or customer service experience looking to start a career with a major player.
