Office based, you will support the daily operations the Field Service Team. Managing relationships between customers and the Service Team, you will oversee contract resources/activities and ensure that services are delivered on time and to the required standard.

Bright and confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are effective when influencing customers and colleagues and able to drive others to meet and improve service delivery performance. Ideally degree educated, you will have strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of business, and experience of using IT systems.
