This dynamic global company markets and distributes a comprehensive range of products for speciality surgery. This role is for a charismatic man-manager to lead, motivate and develop the team selling endoscope systems for procedures ranging from urology to sports medicine.
You'll manage a team of approximately 20 people including 2 Regional Managers, guiding them to effectively do more than make promises but deliver exceptional results.
Already well versed in devising and implementing plans to achieve set goals, you so NOT need to be an expert in this specific market, but should have a broad view of selling into the theatre environment, able to work alongside surgeons to help maximise team performance.
Probably degree or clinically qualified, you have an enviable track record of team management and are looking for the next challenging role to enhance your already excellent career.
