With novel technology, secure funding and already proven results, this UK company is making a global impact on the respiratory disease market.
This role is for an experienced people manager to mentor and develop the small UK Team of 3 to maximise sales of products and services to public and private health providers.
You will need to have considerable experience of selling to the NHS at the highest levels in secondary and tertiary care, with ability to relay persuasive technical arguments to clinical and laboratory specialists; experience with Point of Care or Diagnostics is particularly relevant, but other medical device knowledge can be valid. Rigorous in your approach you can manage complex tasks with ease, and are comfortable dealing at levels internally and with customers.
Leading by example rather than by rule, you are an effective, proven motivator of people, keen to see your team succeed and develop. You are a creative thinker able to devise novel strategies to overcome barriers and objections to new ideas and methodology. This is not an easy ride, selling products which need change in historical process and procedures, takes effort and an ability to take well judged risks.
