This role focuses on Skin Care & Wound Management with products for use in the Community and Secondary Care with your principle customers being Tissue Viability Nurse Specialists, Leg Ulcer specialists, Vascular Nurses and District Nurses but not forgetting the importance of keeping Procurement / Supplies Managers "on side"!
You will have a previous record of success in field sales but we're not just looking for people with healthcare sales experience! It is important that you understand the concepts of procurement and can really negotiate profitable deals and influence buying from a business perspective. Consumer healthcare experience would be excellent as you understand channel mangement!; you take a strategic, entrepreneurial view and are definitely not afraid to ask for the order!
A naturally persuasive communicator you are an enthusiastic self-starter with ability to take the initiative and make important decisions. This is an interesting mix of urban and more rural accounts along the Northern M6 corridor, and an ideal home base will be Preston / Lancaster. NB: The territory does not cover Manchester postcodes and you MUST live on territory.
