Healthcare professionals are provided with a wide range of innovative solutions for use in many diverse aspects of patient careThis role is to lead a team of 5 medical sales represntative and a Clinical Specialist focussing on Skin Care & Wound Management with products for use in the Community and Secondary Care. Principle customers are Tissue viability nurse specialists, Leg Ulcer specialists, vascular nurses and District Nurses. YOU will be the team's guide to maximise the company's business in the Eastern UK gaining access to important Opinion Leaders and procurement / supplies managers!
You will already have regional sales management experience from with healthcare or pharmceuticals; you definitely understand how the NHS works and can prove your ability to lead, mentor and develop your team. A naturally persuasive communicator you are an enthusiastic self-starter with ability to take the initiative and make important decisions.
