This is an exciting, developing company with novel products for soft tissue closure. They are offering a unique opportunity for a talented, ambitious and energetic individual to help grow sales in the UK and beyond.
Working in the operating theatre with (initially) thoracic surgeons, you will also be responsible for associated sales calls to other theatre personnel and Procurement teams at all levels. You need to be Goal Focused, able to identifying Key Accounts and Surgeons, setting clear objectives for individual accounts to generate strong sales. BIG on relationship building, you will work with Opinion Leading surgeons to obtain case study reports and feed back ideas and information to technical development teams for future products.
You will be EITHER
1 a clinically experienced theatre nurse or ODP with serious commercial ambition OR
2 a medical sales professional comfortable in the theatre environment and with an entrepreneurial approach.
Part of your role could also be to work with and support international distributors, so you need to be flexible, willing and able to travel widely when needed. This is a cracking opportunity to be in at the start of an exciting journey!
