As Medical Marketing Manager for Radiotherapy Systems your focus is to gather relevant clinical practice and aspiration knowledge for both patients and healthcare professionals, to understand current trends and attitudes. You will use this information to develop global strategies to raise the company profile and position the company more effectively, by educating healthcare professionals and patients on the innovative technology and first-class customer care.

This will be achieved by defining and implementing the medical marketing strategy, collating and proactively disseminating relevant clinical data to target audiences, becoming the ‘go-to’ expert for clinical practice, developing working relationships with key customers and sales/product development colleagues, creating sales support materials (specialising in clinical proof) and ensuring colleagues’ clinical understanding of Oncology remains high.

In order to apply you should have experience and qualifications gained while working as a healthcare professional in Oncology. You have experience of communications planning and can demonstrate team leadership and relationship building skills. A clear and confident communicator you are capable when influencing at senior level, ideally across large, multifunctional teams. As an influential negotiator and creative problem solver, you ideally have experience of project management too.

Office based, you should live within 45 mins of Gatwick Airport and be happy to travel internationally occasionally. This is a superb opportunity to test and develop your abilities with a stable, growing market leader and to be a part of an ambitious, talented team.
