This independent UK company supplies an excellent range of general laboratory products as well as molecular biology and diagnostics kits and systems.

This multi faceted role encompasses all aspects of marketing from development and implementation of strategies, product support, competitor analysis, pricing, and marketing programmes, thus creating the chance to genuinely make a difference to the company's future. You will manage and support 2 Product Managers so you need to be a supportive team player, always ready to lead by example. Well organised, with first class communication skills, you are have a good head for figures, are highly motivated and eager to make your mark.

Educated to degree level, preferably in Life Sciences, you will probably have previous marketing experience but are already a proven man-manager. With energy, enthusiasm and ambition, you are flexible (able to travel) and pragmatic, enjoying the ability to develop your people and bring success and growth for all concerned.
