This is one of the biggest players in the healthcare marketplace.

In this fascinating and complex role you will lead the development & deployment of a global employee communications strategy in close liaison with senior HR management with the aim of ensuring company-wide, effective 2-way communications with employees. Other working relationships include Business Communications to maximize dissemination of important information / news across the wider company community enabling common goals, branding etc.

At least first degree qualified in business, communications, PR or related subject, you have significant experience in organisational communications, able to think strategically and deliver at a tactical level. You think clearly able to simplify strategy into specific actions, making decisions with speed and accuracy and you have experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy to understand manner, both verbally and in writing. Above all you are a confident leader, energizing others and engendering trust and confidence.
