As one of a team of internal sales representatives based in the UK head offices in Herts your role will be to fully support both customers and field sales engineers with technical information and advice including quotations for specialist cameras and equipment for physical/material scientists e.g. fluorescence imaging, non-destructive testing and process analysis . You will also get involved in negotiations and progressing sales leads to secure new business.
Able to communicate and negotiate at all levels, you know how to make best use of your excellent interpersonal skills. Strongly customer focussed, you are happy operating independently and are results driven. You will have a physical science background and ideally some technical or customer support based work experience.
Commercially aware, physical science graduates looking for a first step into the commercial world will also be considered although you must be able to show excellent communication skills, drive, ambition and the ability to work hard for success. The role has bonuses and excellent career opportunities into external sales.
Candidates without physical science degrees will not be considered.
