This opportunity is part of the company’s ambitious growth plans within the diagnostics group and will see you offering technical problem solving and sales support services to customers and sales team in the UK and across Europe. First point of contact for sales and technical enquiries, you’ll be involved with all aspects of the sales process and whilst routinely based from the office (Southeast UK) you can expect to travel to see customers, perhaps up to 25% of the time.
PhD qualified in life science / molecular biology you will need solid experience of working with microarrays to effectively manage customers’ technical queries. A first class communicator you MUST be fluent in English and either German, Spanish or French and comfortable handling complex technical telephone conversations; previous call centre experience could serve you well! Importantly you have committed to a commercial career and have the drive and ambition to be successful, are flexible, willing and able to travel.
