Based at the Company’s HQ you will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales Team across EMEA. Your key responsible will include:

Managing promotion of the entire portfolio of products to academic and pharmaceutical markets.
Managing and leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives to ensure optimisation of product messaging and to achieve sales growth.
Tracking any lost business
Identifying and understanding market trends
Monitoring CRM system compliance
Driving all necessary initiatives to ensure your team's success.

At least degree qualified probably in a life science related subject, further business qualifications can only be an advantage. Very familiar with this market from personal success in sales, you are a proven man-manager with ability to lead, coach and mentor your team; your strategic ability is demonstrable. Knowledge of the genomics, genotyping, gene expression, sequencing and pharmaceutical markets is highly desirable.

With energy, enthusiasm and ambition, you are flexible and pragmatic, enjoying the ability to develop your people and bring success and growth for all concerned.
