A world leader in Oncology and Neurosurgery, this pioneering company is at the forefront of medical advancement within cancer care, enabling more precise treatment of cancer and brain disorders.

In this new, strategic role, you will develop, implement and manage global strategic training programmes to ensure customers maximise value from not only the company’s own cutting edge radiation therapy and radiosurgery hardware and software, but also multivendor services and clinical performance solutions for radiotherapy departments.

Working closely with UK and international key opinion leaders, institutions and colleagues, you will develop formal programmes which become the gold standard; clinical & applications training, consultancy, and workflow enhancement solutions to improve clinical skills, knowledge and deliver optimum patient care.

Providing local and international leadership and support when defining and implementing strategies and tactics, you must have previous success in creating, deploying and delivering sustained revenue from Training & Education in a technology led market (ideally healthcare).

Degree educated with excellent interpersonal skills, you are driven, determined, accomplished and operate successfully within a multinational, matrixed organisation. Your innovative approach will ensure you explore the full gamut of multimedia and delivery channels available to achieve effective and profitable results.

Located within 45-60 mins of Gatwick Airport, you will be happy to travel approx 40% of your time domestically and internationally. This is a superb opportunity to test and develop your abilities with a growing, market leader and to be a part of a supportive, talented team.
