An excellent opportunity has become available to join one of the world's largest technology providers. An experienced service engineer is required for the life science laboratory instruments division involving:

Providing complete after Sales Support Service to the installed customer base both on-site in Cardiff and in the field (travel required)
Installation, maintenance and repair of life science instrumentation.
Provide advice on the use & care of instruments to customers, maintaining a high level of technical & customer support.
Maintain communication with customer base as well as company staff.
Identify opportunities for business expansion of the company's services and products.

Suitable candidates will be from a similar background with experience in a laboratory service environment. You should have strong technical skills with a relevant qualification in Science or Engineering.
