You will be responsible for providing support and maintaining electronic equipment used in nuclear and molecular imaging, especially cyclotrons for preparation and delivery of radioactive drugs.
This role involves maintaining and developing strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- HNC level qualification or equivalent in electronics.
- Technical analytical skills.
- Previous field service experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
- Ability to work qualitatively to very high standards, demonstrating initiative and motivation
- Strong customer facing (interpersonal) skills.
Specific experience in servicing high value electronic medical equipment is a MUST.
