Exciting new role with an international life science business due to internal promotion. The company is a market leader supplying state of the art chromatography products into chemical, electronics, environmental, food, pharmaceutical and power industries.
Responsible for installations, repair and corrective maintenance of chromatography systems and related equipment, you'll also undertake any necessary customer training always keeping a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You'll need good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as being an effective trouble-shooter. Overnight stays as well as international travel will be required.
A qualified (life) scientist (ideally chemistry) you have significant hands-on experience of chromatography equipment and its maintenance combined with excellent customer facing skills and good understanding of the demands of a field service role.
