This is a new position with a global laboratory supplier with an immensely varied portfolio of products sold to just about every type of lab you can think of!

Part of a Senior Management team you will be responsible for sales of the companies own manufactured products throughout EMEA, the Pacific Rim and into the US. Managing and developing local Distributors and direct and indirect sales agents, you will extend their potential and aggressively grow and win new business.

A strong people manager, you lead by example and get the best out of your team by your ability communicate effectively in the varied cultural environments in which you need to operate. You should have proven Export experience with ability to network and develop beneficial collaborations. Previous Sales Management with P&L responsibility is a MUST as the flexibility and willingness to travel EXTENSIVELY on a regular basis. You are very commercially astute and driven by your results and the success of the people who work for you.
