This company is a global leader in the molecular diagnostics market with proven, patented technologies and an impressive development pipeline.

This senior role, reporting to the European VP is strategically important to the growth of the company’s business across Europe. You’ll take responsibility for directing the company’s offering in the most effective and economical way to both Direct and Distribution customers:

Market Analysis (VOC & VOM )and subsequent strategic and tactical planning.
Channel Management, product positioning and pricing,
Marketing and Scientific communications. PR strategies.
KOL development. Strategic Alliances, OEM’s etc.

To be seriously considered for this career enhancing but very demanding position, you should fulfil most if not all of the following:

Degree qualified (MBA ideal) with considerable sales & marketing experience in a middle / senior marketing position.
Specific knowledge of the clinical / molecular diagnostics arena with exposure to international markets.
Substantial skills in strategic planning and implementation of strategy and tactics with sound financial business acumen.
Proven management experience over a number of years.
Fluent in English and one other Western European Language (French, German, Italian)

The position can be based from company offices in the north west of the UK or the Rhein region of Germany, but you will be expected to travel frequently and widely throughout Europe. There is a generous salary on offer (to 150,000 Euro) with additional bonus potential and an executive package of benefits.
