This innovative company develops, manufactures, and markets easy to use, accurate systems and tests for sophissticated Molecular Diagnostics.
As EU Marketing Manager you will take responsibility for marketing and product management of the company’s Virology and Oncology product portfolio, driving new product launches and developing strategies and tactics which will achieve sound and continuing business growth across the region. This will include devising all necessary plans, managing budgets and training your team to make best use of all available tools to meet and overcome challenges to success. This is not a job for a desk flyer as you need to keep up tp date with customers' issues and market developments through regular visits with your sales teams, promoting meetings and initiatives with Key Opinion Leaders to maximise all channel opportunities.
You already have an impressive record of success in sales and product marketing, predominantly in the clinical diagnostics market and knowledge of rt-PCR reagents and instruments, their clinical applications and associated health economics will be a distinct advantage as you can bring with you a useful network of contacts and knowledge of market dynamics. Degree qualified, you have channel mangement experience and a keen eye for strategic development.
The position is based from the company’s offices in Southwest France and you will be expected to travel frequently and widely across Europe. Excellent English is required along with proficiency in at least one other Western European language.
