  The company is a well known global healthcare provider with products that encompass a broad range of solutions from pharmaceuticals to sophisticated diagnostic technologies.

  As Director of Contracts you will have overall responsibility for the contracts department as well as negotiating contract terms with the NHS and 3rd party providers, to develop innovative solutions to ensure the company's products are incorporated into disease management strategies. 
  
  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, lead, coach and mentor the contracts team.
  • Management of contracts relating to tender submissions.
  • Develop strategic alliances within the UK diagnostic market.
  • Provide appropriate and on-going support to the commercial teams.

  You will need a strong track record in Diagnostic Sales with knowledge of the managed services environment.  You are a proven man-manager with ability to lead, coach and mentor your team; your strategic ability is demonstrable.  With energy, enthusiasm and ambition, you are flexible (able to travel) and pragmatic, enjoying the ability to develop your people and bring success and growth for all concerned.
