This world leader in in-vitro diagnostics with a broad product portfolio, supplies a wide array of innovative testing products and services to researchers, physicians, hospitals, laboratories and patients world-wide.

As Development Manager you will work closely with healthcare personnel and 3rd party providers to develop innovative solutions to ensure the company's products are incorporated into disease management strategies through a joint marketing and finance approach with the testing laboratory on a managed service basis. You will be intimately involved with investigating the technical and service solutions to reach the best result for each development.

Key responsibilities will include:

Understanding and development of third party Managed Laboratory Service strategies.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of private sector suppliers and healthcare providers.
Providing detailed information on third party tests and equipment.
Establishing protocols and clinical/economic evidence across business areas and with third parties for the introduction of new products.

You will need a strong track record in Diagnostic Sales with knowledge of the managed services environment. This demanding but rewarding role will require a high level negotiating skills including the ability to drive both projects and complex business negotiations to a successful conclusion.
