This commercial provider of healthcare information has joined forces with the NHS to enable health professionals to benchmark NHS performance, through a range of innovative products and services, to help improve the quality and efficiency of service.
Working with all levels of Senior Clinicians and Managers within PCTs, Acute Trusts and SHAs, you will deliver training and support to existing customers on a range of software based information analysis tools. Further more, you will assist senior team members with the collation and preparation of reports and provide input into product development and business planning.
As someone who enjoys educating others and providing excellent customer service, you will have natural interpersonal skills and the ability to build firm relationships to ensure repeat business. A confident, proactive team player, you will be a problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work on your own initiative.
Of degree calibre and ideally with a clinical background - i.e. a Nurse - you will have years of training and development experience in a healthcare role. Knowledge of patient pathways and excellent analytical skills are a must, as is a high level of IT literacy.
