In this comprehensive role you will provide be consulting, training, and supporting all levels of healthcare professionals across PCTs/SHAs/NHS Trusts/GPs on market leading software systems. Working closely with customers, you will ensure they maximise the full potential of the cutting edge and highly innovative software, while proactively embedding the realisation of its outcomes and ensuring repeat business. Able to pull together people and resources, you will also project manage installation of the web based tools.
As a qualified Nurse/Health Professional with some commercial experience, you will have proven experience of training and developing others in an NHS role, within a PCT, Acute Trust or allied NHS body. Intelligent, analytical and with excellent communication skills, you will have a good understanding of patient and information flow in order to help translate patient data into valuable information, which is used to formulate strategies, implement and track improvements, monitor performance and understand patient experience.
