In this comprehensive role you will be consulting, training, and supporting all levels of Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) across PCTs/SHAs/NHS Trusts/GPs on web based software programmes. The web based tools translate patient data into usable statistics which help HCP’s better understand their Trust’s performance and formulate, implement and track Service Delivery improvements, and understand patient experience.

After project managing the installation you will proactively embed the systems into daily use by consulting with and training HCP’s to fully appreciate the value (and power) of the applications its insightful outcomes. As the primary contact you will gain a thorough understanding of your account’s needs in order to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate contract extensions, and promote new applications where appropriate.

Degree educated (or equivalent) with commercial experience, you are a qualified Nurse/allied Health Professional/Project Manager who has a comprehensive, insiders view of the NHS. You have a clear understanding of patient and information flow in order to help translate patient data into valuable information, and you are confident when analysing and explaining data. With excellent interpersonal skills, you can uncover customer needs, discuss sensitive information, propose changes, and lead training with professionalism.
