This global healthcare company is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of advanced medical devices, growing rapidly, there is now an opportunity to join their successful Urology division in a pivotal NEW role as Customer Operations Manager based from delightful offices in the rural West Country.
Your main objective, with your team of 12, will be to oversee the company’s rapidly growing home delivery service as well as the order processing department, helping to devise procedures and standards which will enhance the standing of the company and keep abreast of a rapidly changing external environment.
You should be strategic in your view, capable of analysing data and effectively relaying this information to internal stakeholders along with action plans and suggestions for process improvements as appropriate. Up to date with industry regulations, you remain eager to learn about new products and services, and can lead your team to offer “best practice” performance in all customer interactions.
A natural leader, you are a proven Project Manager with an enthusiastic and ‘can do’ attitude to effective Customer Services. Results focused, you are not afraid of targets and deadlines and are happy to initiate, accept and lead change. A natural leader and team player with high energy and drive, you thrive on developing your teams and are genuinely interested in raising levels of customer.
