This company sells clinically accurate POC devices that are fast becoming recognized as a market leaders. Continuing to win Tenders in 2010, business is not slowing down.
With use of the product growing at a fast rate, when new tenders are won, one of the key areas of system implementation is training Nurses and Doctors on wards within the Trust Hospitals. Typically 3000 staff within a Trust !
You will be responsible (with colleagues) for managing a programme of training throughout South Wales to ensure that the system is used correctly and to its best advantage. Good training promotes increased usage and this generates repeat business for the reagent strips!
Probably an RGN and ideally with further training qualifications e.g. 998, you have hospital glucose / point of care testing experience and fantastic communication skills. You need to be flexible – this will not be 9-5! and are able to travel with occasional nights away from your home.
The position is initially a 9 month contract although it is possible that it may become a permanent opportunity. An exciting time to join an growing company!
