The company is one of the top 3 in the supply of chromatography systems used in life sciences, industrial and environmental analysis. In addition to the analytical systems they offer a range of software and IT solutions for chromatography data analysis.
They are now looking for an IT Support Specialist to work from their HQ in Surrey, although you will at times also be expected to travel to customer sites in the UK and Ireland. Your primary role is to offer support to internal staff and customers, and assist with training and installations.
You should have solid experience in analytical chemistry and chromatography software products and ideally solid experience of Windows software (PC and Server). It's likely you will be degree educated in a science, computing or engineering subject. You will also be a good team worker and can work to deadlines. You may be an engineer looking for a change of role; or an in-company analytical instruments engineer looking for a career move.
Based from the company offices in Surrey, a good salary to £35k plus care and benefits is on offer.
