Your role will be to develop innovative, impactful short and long term marketing strategies and tactics to maximise ROI. With a focus on Medical Education and KOL development, you will drive (secondary care) campaigns, project manage their success and ensure plans are bought into and effectively implemented by the sales force.
In order to hit the ground running, you will have a demonstrable record of forming successful marketing plans and innovative project development covering the full promotional mix. Ideally with sales experience, any previous experience of digital comms/web enhancement will also be an advantage.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work well across a broad and supportive team, and to influence and develop key opinion leaders. Key to the success of this team, and to someone joining and growing within the organisation, is a committed, passionate and proactive approach to your work.
