This customer focused company develops innovative technologies and assays for use in the field of genetic research.
This KEY role will see you responsible for the following:
- Coordinating new product launches by transferring expertise from internal development teams to field application specialists.
- Developing training material and delivering training sessions to sales / technical support teams as well as customers.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Participating in product development teams.
- Anticipating and mitigating impact of new protocols on customer workflow.
- Providing technical support to sales and support teams.
Probably PhD qualified in molecular biology, genetics or biochemistry coupled with experience of microarray technologies, you are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues, ultimately offering a "better than the rest" service. This is an exciting time to join this company that just keeps pushing the envelop in the field of genomics and proteomics.
